1. Service Description

Atypik'Love is an online dating platform for neurodivergent and atypical people, developed and operated by Emeric Mathis, Sole trader (Micro-enterprise) — SIRET 932 467 939 00025 (emericmathis.com). The service is available at atypiklove.com.

2. Access and Registration

• ·Access to the service is restricted to adults (18 years and older).
• ·Registration is free. Some features require a Premium subscription or credits.
• ·Each user may only hold one account.
• ·You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• ·Your registration information must be accurate and up to date.

4. Premium Subscription

Two subscription plans are available: Premium (€9.99/month or €79.99/year) and Premium+ (€14.99/month or €119.99/year). The Premium subscription provides access to advanced features (unlimited messages, full filters, incognito mode, read receipts, 1 boost and 1 superlike per week). Premium+ adds further benefits (2 boosts and 3 superlikes per week, profile visitors for the last 7 days, extended credit cap of 150). Each subscription can be cancelled at any time from the Stripe customer portal, taking effect at the end of the current period with no pro-rata refund. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose execution has begun with your agreement.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• ·Posting illegal, hateful, discriminatory, pornographic content or content glorifying violence.
• ·Impersonating another person.
• ·Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users.
• ·Using the service for commercial purposes or spam.
• ·Posting personal information about a third party without their consent.
• ·Circumventing moderation or security mechanisms.
• ·Creating multiple accounts to bypass a suspension.

6. Moderation

Atypik'Love uses automated (AI) and human moderation. Any content violating these Terms may be hidden or deleted without notice. In the case of serious or repeated violations, the account may be suspended or permanently deleted without refund.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you publish. By publishing it, you grant Atypik'Love a non-exclusive licence to display it within the service. You warrant that your content does not infringe third-party rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

Atypik'Love is a connection service. We do not guarantee the outcome of meetings and are not responsible for user behaviour outside the platform. The service is provided "as is" without guarantee of 100% continuous availability.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Deletion results in the erasure of your profile and data within 30 days, unless required by law (in particular, billing data retained for 10 years). Remaining credits and active subscriptions are not refunded.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts are those of the data controller's place of residence.
