1. Service Description
Atypiklove is an online dating platform for neurodivergent and atypical people. The service is available at atypiklove.com. The publisher is identified in the legal notices.
2. Access and Registration
- ·Access to the service is restricted to adults (18 years and older).
- ·Registration is free. Some actions (like, superlike, first message, boost) are paid in credits; a Premium or Premium+ subscription increases the rate at which these credits are awarded.
- ·Each user may only hold one account.
- ·You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- ·Your registration information must be accurate and up to date.
3. Credits System
Daily credits
+3 credits per daily login for a free account, up to a maximum of 15 credits in stock. Premium members receive +10/day (cap 200) and Premium+ +20/day (cap 400).
Action costs
Like: 1 credit. Superlike: 10 credits. First message of a conversation: 5 credits. Boost: 5 credits. Same costs apply to every tier.
Purchasing credits
Credit packs are available for purchase via Stripe, in addition to the subscription.
Non-refundability
Purchased credits and subscriptions are non-refundable, except in the case of a proven technical failure.
4. Premium Subscription
Two subscription plans are available: Premium (€9.99/month or €59.99/year) and Premium+ (€14.99/month or €89.99/year). Premium provides 10 credits per day (cap 200), 4 profile photos, advanced filters (age, distance, atypicalities) and the list of profile visitors. Premium+ extends the daily faucet to 20 credits per day (cap 400), 6 photos, and adds exclusive features: incognito mode, read receipts, and the ability to see who liked you before swiping. The subscription is an open-ended contract with no commitment: it renews automatically at each term and can be cancelled at any time, free of charge, from your subscription page, taking effect at the end of the current period with no pro-rata refund. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose execution has begun with your agreement.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- ·Posting illegal, hateful, discriminatory, pornographic content or content glorifying violence.
- ·Impersonating another person.
- ·Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users.
- ·Using the service for commercial purposes or spam.
- ·Posting personal information about a third party without their consent.
- ·Circumventing moderation or security mechanisms.
- ·Creating multiple accounts to bypass a suspension.
6. Moderation
Atypiklove uses automated (AI) and human moderation. Any content violating these Terms may be hidden or deleted without notice. In the case of serious or repeated violations, the account may be suspended or permanently deleted without refund.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you publish. By publishing it, you grant Atypiklove a non-exclusive licence to display it within the service. You warrant that your content does not infringe third-party rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
Atypiklove is a connection service. We do not guarantee the outcome of meetings and are not responsible for user behaviour outside the platform. The service is provided "as is" without guarantee of 100% continuous availability.
9. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Deletion results in the erasure of your profile and data within 30 days, unless required by law (in particular, billing data retained for 10 years). Remaining credits and active subscriptions are not refunded.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts are those of the data controller's place of residence.
