1. Service Description
Atypiklove is an online dating platform for neurodivergent and atypical people. The service is available at atypiklove.com. The publisher is identified in the legal notices.
2. Access and Registration
- ·Access to the service is restricted to adults (18 years and older).
- ·Registration is free. Some actions (like, superlike, first message, boost) are paid in credits; a Premium or Premium+ subscription increases the rate at which these credits are awarded.
- ·Each user may only hold one account.
- ·You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- ·Your registration information must be accurate and up to date.
- ·Registration is not open from certain countries, determined by the country detected when the account is created. No country of the European Economic Area is concerned, and existing accounts are not affected.
- ·Accounts created from certain other countries must pass a photo verification before sending their first message. Tighter sending limits and a ban on sharing contact details or external links in private messages continue to apply to them.
3. Credits System
Daily credits
+3 credits per daily login for a free account, up to a maximum of 15 credits in stock. Premium members receive +10/day (cap 100) and Premium+ +20/day (cap 200). Credits already held remain usable, including above the cap. Members who already had access to Premium or Premium+ when this guarantee was granted on 5 September 2026 keep the previously applicable cap (200 credits for Premium, 400 for Premium+) according to their plan at that time, for as long as their subscription is not interrupted. A new subscription after an interruption is subject to the caps of the current offer. If you change plans without interrupting your subscription, the current offer's cap applies to the other plan. If you return to your original plan without interrupting your subscription, its previous cap applies again.
Profile completion bonus
+5 credits, once per account, when the profile has a main photo, a bio of at least 20 characters, at least 3 interests, a dating intention, a city, and answers about whether you have children and whether you want children. Other information is optional for this bonus. It is granted automatically when the profile page is opened with these conditions met.
Official account poll
+1 credit, once per poll published by the official Atypiklove account, on the first vote. Voting is free. Changing your choice does not grant a second credit.
Action costs
Like: 1 credit. Superlike: 10 credits. First message of a conversation: 5 credits. Boost: 5 credits. Same costs apply to every tier. A Super Like shows your interest and lets this person accept and reply without paying for a like or any messages, even with 0 credits. Your own messages keep their usual cost.
Purchasing credits
Credit packs are available for purchase via Stripe, in addition to the subscription.
Withdrawal and refunds
Withdrawal and refund rights provided by the mandatory rules of your country of residence remain applicable. Contact us through the contact page to exercise a right or report a technical issue.
4. Premium Subscription
Two subscription plans are available: Premium (€9.99/month or €59.99/year) and Premium+ (€14.99/month or €89.99/year). Premium provides 10 credits per day (cap 100), 4 profile photos, advanced filters (age, distance, atypicalities). Premium+ extends the daily faucet to 20 credits per day (cap 200), 6 photos, and adds exclusive features: incognito mode, read receipts, the list of profile visitors, the list of people following your profile, undoing your last pass, being contactable free of charge by anyone, and the ability to see who liked you before swiping. The subscription is an open-ended contract with no commitment: it renews automatically at each term and can be cancelled at any time, free of charge, from your subscription page, taking effect at the end of the current period with no pro-rata refund. Under Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose execution has begun with your agreement.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- ·Posting illegal, hateful, discriminatory, pornographic content or content glorifying violence.
- ·Impersonating another person.
- ·Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users.
- ·Using the service for commercial purposes or spam.
- ·Posting personal information about a third party without their consent.
- ·Circumventing moderation or security mechanisms.
- ·Creating multiple accounts to bypass a suspension.
6. Moderation
Atypiklove uses both automated (AI) and human moderation. Any content violating these terms may be hidden or removed without notice. Automatic signals may bring an account to a moderator's attention without any report having been made; on their own they trigger no sanction. In case of serious or repeated violation, the account may be suspended or permanently deleted, without refund. Any account suspension or deletion for moderation requires a human decision. Report counts, removal counts and AI verdicts alone cannot trigger it. New or edited display names are limited to 24 visible characters; existing longer names remain valid while unchanged.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you publish. By publishing it, you grant Atypiklove a non-exclusive licence to display it within the service. You warrant that your content does not infringe third-party rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
Atypiklove is a connection service. We do not guarantee the outcome of meetings and are not responsible for user behaviour outside the platform. The service is provided "as is" without guarantee of 100% continuous availability.
9. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Deletion results in the erasure of your profile and data within 30 days, unless required by law (in particular, billing data retained for 10 years). Remaining credits and active subscriptions are not refunded.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. This choice does not deprive consumers of the mandatory protections or competent courts available in their country of habitual residence. The parties will first seek an amicable solution.
