This sheet helps you prepare for a friendly or romantic meeting. It is for neurodivergent adults, with or without a diagnosis. It describes your current preferences rather than measuring your neurodivergence.

Fill in only what helps

Write a preference and, where possible, a practical adjustment. A fictional example: ‘I understand better somewhere quiet; could we avoid background music?’ You can also say that you are still discovering your preference.

Your answers stay on this page: they are not sent to Atypiklove or kept after reloading. Print the sheet before leaving and choose who to share it with.

Optional. An example or preference is enough.

Choose what to share

Keep the sheet for yourself, read out a single answer or share a printed version. No diagnosis, name or medical details are needed. Ask about the other person's needs too: the sheet starts a conversation rather than setting rules for them.

Review your agreements

Needs may change with tiredness, surroundings and the person you meet. A preference expressed today is not permanent consent to touch or an activity. Agree on a way to request a break and revisit the plan.
